Restoration of sacred objects

The restoration of an artefact is not only an art, but also a mindset: a way of approaching an object with the aim of restoring it to its rightful former splendour.

We could say that restoration is an attempt to preserve and return sacred objects to their original condition, without completely erasing the effects of time. Restoration is the union of experience and Art.

Over more than 50 years of active and dedicated work in our artisan workshop in Pero, Milan, we have had the opportunity to restore a wide variety of religious articles and sacred furnishings.

To this day, the restoration of sacred objects remains an important part of our work: gilding, silver plating, repairs, replacement of damaged parts, refurbishment and many other delicate operations are all part of this activity, which always represents an interesting challenge for us.
